Rental Property Preparation in Austin

Over the course of a few weeks, I had the pleasure of working with Jacob, providing him with top-notch rental property preparation services. My tasks included minor bathroom sink drain repair, removing and replacing caulking, drywall patching, painting walls and cupboards, and installing a new bathroom vent fan. I also repaired the ducting used by the fan. To top it all off, I helped Jacob back out a dead RV through a narrow side yard out to the street. Regrettably, I forgot to take many pictures, but I did manage to capture a few snapshots of the work I completed. With Steph’s Handygal Services on the job, you can rest assured that your rental property will be ready for tenants in no time. Get an estimate today!
